Protocol questions
- Record 01
Can I read without enrolling in texts?
Yes. SMS is optional, and articles do not require a text subscription. You can complete the reading form without any SMS box selected.
- Record 02
Which fields are optional?
Phone, email, ZIP, last name and reading stage are optional. The lead form requires first name, one article topic and the separate policy-only acknowledgement. A valid phone is needed only when you choose SMS.
- Record 03
How many consent boxes are shown?
Two separate unchecked boxes: one informational and one promotional. You may choose either, both or neither.
- Record 04
What are the actual reading topics?
Checking a protocol version; Preparing protocol questions. The samples link to those exact articles.
- Record 05
What does the text program send?
Protocolnook: Checking a protocol version; Preparing protocol questions. INFORMATIONAL texts share requested guides; MARKETING/PROMOTIONAL texts introduce new articles only with separate consent. Website self-enrollment uses optional unchecked SMS consent. Frequency varies, up to 8 messages/month total. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data.
- Record 06
Is eight messages per category?
No. The maximum is eight messages per month TOTAL across the program; message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
- Record 07
How do START, STOP and HELP work?
Keyword enrollment by texting START will be available after a dedicated Trackly sending number is assigned and activated. Protocolnook support line 877-265-0386 is a support contact, not the Trackly SMS sending number. Once active, STOP ends enrollment and HELP supplies brand support information. Keyword service requires an activated program route.
- Record 08
What happens when I submit a reading request?
The reading form submits your request and separate consent choices to the processing service. Browser dispatch is not proof of acceptance or enrollment. With neither SMS box selected, no SMS permission is given. The contact form has no sending endpoint and never posts to the reading-request feed.
- Record 09
How can I ask about an article?
Use the listed support email or phone contact, and identify the article and passage. Do not include private records or use this reading service for urgent decisions.
- Record 10
Can this site decide an outcome for me?
No. Protocol versions and study participant questions; no appointment scheduling or enrollment matching.
- Record 11
How are corrections handled?
Identify the article and wording in your question to the listed support contact. Do not submit sensitive records. This reading service cannot make personal or emergency decisions.
